Southampton Park Hotel is ideally situated in the heart of the city and within walking distance of Southampton train station. The hotel is a popular venue for business meetings for many local companies and also for national and international training events.

The conference facilities consist of three versatile suites, ranging in capacity from 175 delegates to 25 delegates. All our meeting rooms have the benefit of WIFI BT Openzone internet access.

Bargate Suite
With natural daylight and ample space for up to 175 delegates in a theatre-style layout, the Bargate Suite is a pleasantly light and airy space in which to hold your event. The Suite now also has air-conditioning and is ideal for meetings, promotions, presentations and seminars.

Hamtun Suite
This attractive first floor suite holds a maximum of 25 delegates, and has natural daylight and views of the park. With the added benefit of air-conditioning, the Hamtun Room provides excellent facilities for discussions and meetings.

Mr C’s Suite
Located on the lower ground floor, Mr C’s Suite will seat up to 50 delegates for seminars and presentations or up to 20 for boardroom-style meetings. Mr C’s is also fully air-conditioned.
